"Customer service was great but very uncomfortable for being a $2000 mattress. We used the Casper sheets for the cooling aspect of the mattress being hot sleepers but we’re going to return to try the dream. If not, we will return all together because it’s not the best like it was in the store. The chemical smell is still there after 30 days and it’s strong."

"This is by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. My husband and I have been struggling with severe neck and back pain since getting this and haven’t had a single night of good rest. The mattress is lumpy and so uncomfortable and Casper refuses to take it back. we regret ever purchasing from this company as it was ridiculously expensive and not at all worth the price. The quality does NOT match the price point. Avoid this at all costs!! Customer service is a nightmare and refuses to help. In the event you are actually able to connect with a human and not an AI bot, they will just throw generic script response at you. They are not customer centric AT ALL and I hate this mattress so much. My back and neck is utterly ruined and Casper refuses to help"
"I have a queen adjustable. I get pretty good sleep, but I've had better. The bed is comfortable enough. The sides lack support and are mushy. The adjustments are hard to control when my partner is in bed with me. Different size people mean settings don't always work for both of us, the lumbar support in particular. The massage / vibration is not great. It is noisy and if I use the third strongest setting, my dishes in cabinet downstairs rattle. It does more for them than me. . ."

"Horrible customer service - felt like I was being scammed and then ‘punked. ’ I was told my an online Casper rep r that delivery and assembly (RXO) would be included in my purchase price (even though in the chat I asked for confirmation since I expected a $250 fee. I was also told by the same Casper online chat rep that for only a $1 more o could have sheets and a mattress protector (I can ask for confirmation since I did not want these items. But I figured for a dollar more I might as well try them). Long story shorter, this was bad intel and worth about $500. Casper wouldn’t honor even half of what their rep told me - even though supposedly it’s all recorded. Casper couldn’t ADD the delivery and set up fee on the original order. They required me to wait until the bed arrived, then sent it back. And once it arrived at their warehouse, that’s when they could give me a refund. And then I had to process a brand new order and add the delivery assembly fee…Then, I spent hours dealing with their delivery company because they said they only had directions to deliver the mattress into my room and remove the old mattress, but not put the new mattress on my bed. So they took hours to work through this, and I had to reschedule the delivery at least once because their vendors were so confused. How does it make any sense to have removal of an old mattress. And then delivery of the new mattress and unboxing to put it into my room, but not onto the bed. Lol so ridiculous. The saga continued with these are a few of the key points. Do not order from this company"
