Pillows and Bedding Returns

You can return your Casper item and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

Print Shipping Labels

Contact us or click the order number in your original order confirmation email, to view and print your shipping label.

Prepare your package

Attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you don't have the original packaging, any sturdy box will do.

Ship it at no cost

Drop your return package off at any UPS location. Sit back and relax.

Furniture Returns

It’s important to test out all your Casper products in your own sleep environment. We offer a 30-night trial on our furniture products so that you can do just that. When you purchase your furniture with a paired mattress, we're happy to extend the trial to 100 nights to match that of your mattress. As long as your furniture is in donate-able condition, you can return it without the original packaging or box, even if it has been assembled.

Glow, Mattress Topper, and Dog Bed Returns

Our Glows, Mattress Toppers, and Dog Bed all come with 30-night trials. If this product isn't right for you or your pup, email our Customer Experience team here for assistance.

Bundle Returns

When you purchase a Casper Bundle, all of the items in the bundle will have the same trial period. If your bundle includes a mattress, the entire bundle will have a 100-night trial period.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you’ll get a refund for those shipping costs as well.
If you paid for our in-home delivery and setup service, we will not refund for the service performed. 
You may return a maximum of two items of the same product type.
