"I like the comfort and firmness level of this mattress. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the cover associated with the Casper the One mattress. I removed the quilted mattress cover from my previous mattress giving this mattress a much more plush quality. Mattress cover could be improved on."
"I had the original Casper mattress for 10 years, a very firm mattress. This mattress is soft, so soft it's difficult to get onto the bed. Casper is willing to refund me; however, they don't have the original with firmness; that has been redesigned softer. "If I could give less than one star I would. The people at the NYC Soho office lied to us to get us to buy three beds. They said there would be a deal for me and my roommates and they gave us the number of a guy who would give us a deal through Casper to have all three beds delivered to our five story walk up. They said everything was definitely going to arrive on a certain day because all of the bed frames were already in the store in Soho. The day everything was supposed to be delivered, they revealed that they actually did not have one of the bed frames in store and it was not going to arrive until a week later. We couldn't wait to have everything else delivered because my roommates were moving in that day. We ended up having to wait two full weeks until the frame was delivered (another lie because they said that the bed frame order had something wrong with it so they had to reorder it) and ended up not getting a deal for the delivery because one of the pieces was delivered late. If this was a good company, you would have heard this story and refunded us the $200 extra it cost to have the bed delivered late because this looks poorly on you. Its not even about the money it is the consideration that counts considering we were lied to to make a sale."
