I tried two other mattresses

"I tried two other mattresses before this one--both highly rated, medium-firm mattresses, and both felt rock hard to me. The Cloud One is so soft and perfect without being too soft. I can sleep comfortably on my side for hours without waking up in pain like I did with the other mattresses, and I am also super comfy on my stomach and even on my back, which is new for me. I'm about 5'4" and 130 lbs, so maybe I'm just smaller than the average mattress user? I don't know, but this mattress is perfect for me."

This is my second Casper

"This is my second Casper mattress. I had my first one for about 10yrs and loved it. I spend a lot of my time sitting in my adjustable bed crocheting and when it was time for a new mattress, I thought I would try something new. I got a Ghostbed mattress and it was just too firm. I tried their softer one and it still wasn't as comfortable. So I ordered another Casper and instantly noticed the difference. I'm very happy with my new Casper mattress and will probably never try another brand."

Don't recommend

"My biggest problem with this mattress is the fact that it cannot stay at a specific firmness. It went from a little too firm in the beginning to totally too soft in about 4 months. The problem of this is that, if you test it out at the showroom, you wouldn't know how soft it will eventually be, and if you actually get this mattress, you would have gone pass the trial period before you find out you need to return it. I cannot recommend this to anyone."
