"I like the comfort and firmness level of this mattress. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the cover associated with the Casper the One mattress. I removed the quilted mattress cover from my previous mattress giving this mattress a much more plush quality. Mattress cover could be improved on."

Casper is willing to refund me; however, they don't have the original with firmness; that has been redesigned softer.
