What pillow firmness should I choose?Soft, Firm, and In BetweenA pillow’s overall firmness may seem subjective, but there is real science and testing the Casper product development team conducts for every pillow we create to determine its firmness. What you find most comfortable is a choice completely up to you, but we have developed a five-point scale to make shopping for the perfect firmness a little bit easier. FirmA pillow with the least amount of sink is considered a firm pillow on the Casper firmness scale.  Medium FirmOne step closer to the middle ground, a medium-firm firmness is a touch softer on the scale. What pillow height is best for me?Rest Your HeadA combination of height and firmness, profile refers to the overall height of the pillow once compressed with your head while lying down. Did you know the average adult head is between 8 and 12 pounds?
